Terms and Conditions
In order to receive a visa invitation letter, you should fill a form. If you are travelling as a group and both the dates of your stay and itinerary are the same, you can request an invitation letter for a few people at once. We recommend that you fill the request form at least a few days before your planned visit to the Russian embassy or consulate. The invitation letter is not a visa itself and does not guarantee the issuing of a visa.
These are the terms and conditions of completing the form and provision of visa support services:
- Choose a visa type (Single Entry Visa or Double Entry Visa). Your choice should be determined by your actual itinerary.
- Fill in your entry date and your exit date from the Russian Federation. If you request a Double Entry Visa, please fill in your first entry date and the date of last (second) exit.
- Present your itinerary. If you are planning to visit a few cities, add extra fields with a corresponding button. You may also include booking numbers at each of the accommodations.
- Enter your personal details as they are displayed in the travel document that you are presenting at the Russian embassy or consulate and that you are planning to use to enter Russia.
- Choose your preferred way to receive the invitation letter. You will receive an e-copy of the document via E-mail. In most cases it is enough to print it out for the purpose of presenting it at the Russian embassy or consulate. If necessary, you can also request delivery by fax or by post.
- Check whether your personal details are correct. You can see the total price at the bottom of the page. If necessary, you can return to filling the form. If all the details are correct, you can press the “Pay” button.
- Payment is made with a bankcard. After pressing the button you will be redirected to the payment website which is protected by a secure connection.
- In case of a successful payment, your request will be processed by the hotel and the document will be sent to your E-mail and delivered by fax or post (if applicable).
- Should you encounter any problems during the payment process, please contact your hotel or our customer support.
- As soon as an E-Mail with the visa invitation is sent, the service is considered to be rendered in full and a refund of the payment is not possible. Should you wish to cancel your order, please inform us before the E-Mail with the document is sent. In case of cancellation, the refund is transferred to the bankcard used for payment within 10 business days.
- Should you notice any incorrect details in the visa invitation letter, please contact your hotel or our customer support. The mistakes will be promptly corrected and you will receive an amended version of the document.

Privacy Policy
By filling the request form for a visa invitation letter, every person mentioned in the request express their voluntary and informed consent for their personal details to be processed by BPL Technologies LLC including automated data processing in the databases, as well as transferring the details for processing by a third party in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The data collected by the operator BPL Technologies LLC are used solely to perform the request for the visa invitation letter, are not distributed and are not used for marketing and advertising purposes.
The operator BPL Technologies LLC undertakes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from loss or misuse. In particular, the data is stored in a secure operating environment that is closed to the general public. During transmission, personal data is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
No personal data is stored by the operator BPL Technologies LLC in cookies. However, some data may be stored by the provider and/or payment system, including but not limited to data on the IP address used by the browser, the issuing bank and the type of payment card. These data can be used both to improve the quality of services provided and to counter fraud.
Upon prior request, the operator BPL Technologies LLC undertakes to provide a list of stored personal data or to completely stop processing personal data and destroy stored personal data. Termination of processing and destruction of stored personal data is possible if the retention of personal data is no longer required for the performance of the request for the visa invitation letter.
